Dulcie’s research career began several years ago as a Clinical Research Coordinator in a small research environment where she was a one woman research dynamo. Being responsible for all aspects of a research project, including the maintenance of regulatory documents, led her to a Regulatory Specialist position for a non-profit research organization. She was later promoted to a Clinical Trial Manger role where she managed a portfolio of over 25 studies. Dulcie’s ability to multi-task and her effective management style works in her favor in her current position as Sound Medical Research’s Clinical Trial Manager. “Regulatory compliance is an important component to research. My personal goal is to ensure our sites have trained research staff able to fulfill the obligations of the study as well as maintain regulatory compliance.”
